Creating an email mailbox & webmail

Configure customized mailboxes, virtual forwarding aliases, and access DockSpin webmail.

Go to the Email section of the customer portal.
Click 'Create Mailbox' and enter your preferred local address (e.g., [email protected]).
Set a secure password. Each mailbox defaults to 1 GB and counts toward your shared plan storage.
Click 'Submit' to provision the mailbox on our mail host server.
Access webmail by clicking 'Open Webmail' to sign in to DockSpin Webmail.

Hosted email requires MX records that match what the portal shows. Add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC TXT records from the DNS health view to improve deliverability. Configure clients with IMAP (993 SSL) and SMTP (587 STARTTLS).
