- Open the Backups page in your customer portal to see backup status for your sites.
- Confirm backups are running — you will see freshness and snapshot details there.
- If your site has a problem, request a restore and tell us what changed or what you lost.
- Our support team will guide you through rolling back to an earlier safe version.
