What is included
Starter uses a basic backup policy (7 daily snapshots). Business uses a business template with verification enabled. Pro uses the agency template with longer retention. These are operational defaults, not uptime guarantees.
Backups you can verify and copies you control
Daily encrypted backups of your files and databases. Business and Pro add longer retention and restore drills.
Restore
Request a restore from the Backups page. DockSpin can restore files and SQL. Mail spool is not included in customer backups. Restore drills confirm that snapshots are usable.
Offsite copy you own
Connect Google Drive from the portal. That folder stays in an account you control if you leave DockSpin. Google Cloud Storage is not a customer destination.
